The Junior Product Manager at We Inform LLC is a results-oriented, collaborative, analytical and growth-minded individual who works hands-on alongside our dynamic Product Development Team. They continuously strive to expand and develop our consumer ecommerce platforms and websites. They have an in-depth understanding of our customer needs and are able to collaborate with designers, engineers and marketing professionals to drive results. This position requires multitasking on various projects and scheduling tasks to ensure operations stay on track.

This position will be interacting with a remote development team based in Korea with limited English skills. Candidate must be fluent in both English and Korean.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Representing our customers by understanding their needs and product requirements.
Fostering collaboration with product designers, engineers, quality assurance, and marketing to explore, prioritize, and launch solutions.
Partnering with the development team to ensure that product requirements are understood and built accordingly.
Partnering with the web design team to build highly effective user experiences
Exploring competitors’ products and proposing new ways to improve the company’s products.
Translating the product’s strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development.
Supporting the engineering team to ensure customer satisfactiongoals are met.
Ensuring that user story content and prioritization is aligned to the larger strategic objective.
Using a software development methodology, like Scrum, to optimize processes.
Recommending the scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and appraising adjustments.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Fluent in Korean and English (Mandatory)
Excellent writing and communication skills
1 year product management experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Ability to work both strategically and hands-on alongside your team. Experience working in a cross-functional Scrum team is preferred but not required.
Strong critical thinking with urgency and problem-solving skills.
UX design experience is a plus.
Comfortable building reports and analyzing large sets of data across website and marketing channels with an analytical view.

Hourly Range: $20.00-$40.00
