[Clay.com knowledge not necessary for this role!]

**ABOUT US**

At Clay Bootcamp ( claybootcamp.com ), we’re a fast-paced growth- and learning-oriented team who **obsess** over creating incredible results for our grateful students.

We teach our students in North America and Europe how to use Clay.com, a very in-demand tool for automating sales research, and creating AI-written emails that seem human.

Clay.com has 10x’d their growth in a year! They’re going places. Many people think it’ll be the next Salesforce or HubSpot.

Like Clay, claybootcamp.com is seeing unprecedented growth — and because we’re growing and changing so quickly, we’re looking for coaches that are excited to work in a technical teaching role that’s never quite the same from week to week — you’ll master your craft while being part of a fast-paced team.

We’re continually testing, and discarding what doesn’t work, and doubling down on what does. We’re building the systems as we go, and we all are proactively working to make the business better, stacking improvements upon each other.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

We are looking for a **full-time** Clay coach (40 hrs/wk, M-F). Our coaches provide students with live video coaching via Zoom as well as asynchronous support and feedback via Slack.

– Week 1- 4: You’ll learn Clay and adjacent tools full-time using our course material with a support of a coach (Flory or Mark). You will build a small project from scratch to apply your learnings. If you are able to cope well during the training, we will tag you as “graduated”

– Week 5 onwards: After you graduate, you will be assigned 4 to 8 students, and will slowly grow your autonomy and skills as you get real world experience. Our students work in small to large companies and agencies across different industries, and usually have any of these roles: rev ops, lead gen, GTM, marketing ops. This will expose you to real world projects where you get to apply and refine your Clay knowledge and learn A LOT!

**ABOUT OUR TEAM**

– Coaches Flory and Mark, who will help you get up to speed during your coach training — they’re both very friendly, giving, and extremely competent (as are all on the team TBH!)

– You will report to Patricia, our Head of Operations, who has scaled multiple tech education businesses from the ops side. She initially joined as a coach and is now supporting coaches by building systems to help us scale. A great person to learn from and collaborate with.

– Glaidel, an Executive Admin and Clay expert in her own right; she works behind the scenes to build automations, and supports students, coaches, and writes Clay documentation.

– Nathan is founder of Clay Bootcamp, a Clay Expert, and has a background in dev, marketing, and growing tech companies. He cares deeply about creating a great experience (like the rest of the team!) and does sales, strategy, and loves innovating.
