Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer to join our team and manage the backend operations of our healthcare platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining backend processes, ensuring seamless integration with our frontend systems, and optimizing performance for an efficient user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend services for our healthcare search platform.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure smooth integration of backend and frontend components.
• Optimize backend processes for performance and scalability.
• Implement and maintain data caching mechanisms for improved efficiency.
• Work closely with the DevOps team to deploy and monitor backend services.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in backend development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Backend Developer or similar role.
• Proficiency in Node.js and Express.js for backend development.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.
• Experience with Elasticsearch or similar search technologies.
• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Knowledge of caching mechanisms such as Redis.
• Experience with containerization and deployment using Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
• Experience with deployment and live applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Location
This is a part-time or full-time position from remote location. Candidates can work from home, but are expected to actively involve in the project and finish the work within the desired timeline.

Salary
Rs. 30-50 k per month.

Hourly Range: $15.00-$20.00
