Project Description: We are looking for a skilled freelancer to optimize the performance of our extensive referral/affiliate application built on Oracle, Java, and React. The current system experiences significant load times due to multi-level reporting and API checks. Your goal is to enhance load times to achieve near-instant performance.

Responsibilities:
* Audit and optimize database queries and structures (Oracle).
* Implement caching strategies (Redis or Memcached).
* Optimize backend processing (Java).
* Enhance frontend performance (React).
* Implement lazy loading and code splitting.
* Optimize and reduce API calls.
* Monitor and continuously improve application performance.

Requirements:
* Proven experience in backend optimization (Oracle, Java).
* Strong expertise in frontend optimization (React).
* Experience with caching mechanisms.
* Knowledge of asynchronous processing.
* Familiarity with performance monitoring tools.
* Excellent problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:
* Experience with GraphQL.
* Familiarity with load balancing techniques.
* Previous work on multi-level marketing/reporting systems.
