We currently use a Prospects/Patients Tracker spreadsheet to track the status of prospective and active patients.

We want to phase out using the Google Sheet in favor of keeping this data in our existing Postgres DB which is used for the Millie app backend. We want to maintain real-time updates to this sheet from Acuity Scheduling (we currently use Zapier, but could use webhooks directly). We also want to create a workflow for clinic staff to update certain fields via the admin app.

Goals:
1. Reduce inaccuracies which currently accrue due to reliance on manual updates and Zaps
2. Do a one-time cleanup to fix historical inaccuracies
3. Maintain patient information in fewer places
4. Allow support for (1) reporting and (2) marketing API from the unified database
5. Increase information available to the mobile app; provide a foundation for Athena/EHR data integration

Key point:
1- We need some DB organizing tasks
2- Having experience and a good view of handling the datas in DB is important to them

Hourly Range: $15.00-$20.00
