We need a AI bot that will be able to handle conversations with our customers. We are a lender so the conversations usually deal with verifying a loan, missed payment, declined payment, or paying off a loan. The bot will plug into our AI phone system, SMS, webchat, and email systems. It will be provided with the loan person’s information and its tasks that it needs to complete. If it cannot help the person then it will notify the service that is sending it messages and handling the responses that it cannot help the person. When this happens a human will engage in the conversation. The Bot will then need to extract the responses from the human and learn from what they said to the consumer. It will need to understand that personal information from one customer cannot be used for another.
