We are looking for an experienced AWS expert to build a FTP site in AWS. The site should allow users to securely upload and download files. The site should include the following features:

– Set up and configure the FTP server in AWS
– Implement secure authentication and access controls
– Design an intuitive and user-friendly interface
– Enable file synchronization and versioning
