We’re looking to partner with a skilled freelancer or small agency with proven experience in implementing successful automations using Make.com (formerly Integromat) or Zapier. Our goal is to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and improve the overall operational workflows for local businesses, e-commerce stores, and service-based companies.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement custom automation workflows using Make.com or Zapier.
Integrate various apps and services to automate repetitive tasks, data transfers, and notifications.
Optimize existing workflows for efficiency and reliability.
Troubleshoot and resolve any automation issues quickly.
Provide training and documentation to clients on the use and maintenance of automated workflows.
Requirements:

Demonstrated expertise in Make.com (Integromat) or Zapier with a portfolio of successful automation projects.
Experience working with local businesses, e-commerce platforms, and service-based industries.
Strong understanding of API integrations, webhooks, and automation best practices.
Ability to analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Hourly Range: $24.00-$54.00
