Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced automation expert to help us build an automated report writing process for our complex assessments and plans. Currently, our reports are generated manually, with the assistance of AI (ChatGPT) for data review and text summarisation. Despite this, the process remains lengthy and labor-intensive.

Project Objectives:
Automate the extraction, review, and summarisation of data using AI.
Integrate and streamline the entire process with Zapier or a suitable alternative.
Ensure the automation can handle complex report structures, incorporating data from various sources and previous reports.

Responsibilities:
Analyse our current report writing process and identify automation opportunities.
Design and implement an automation workflow that leverages AI and integrates seamlessly with our existing tools.
Set up and configure automation using Zapier or other recommended platforms.
Test the automated process to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and reliability.
Provide documentation and training to our team on using the new automated system.

Requirements:
Proven experience in automation, particularly with Zapier.
Strong understanding of AI tools, including ChatGPT, and their integration capabilities.
Ability to work with complex data and report structures.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience in documenting processes and training end-users.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in automating report generation for professional services or healthcare.
Familiarity with other automation platforms and tools.
Background in AI and data processing.
