We consult real estate clients on the quality of their property listings by creating an informed renter persona and reviewing + auditing online listings from the perspective of that renter persona.

We have a detailed, step-by-step process that includes google searches, listing site audits, and public data scraping. The goal is to automate as much of this process as possible using a combination of web scraping tools and generative AI.

The ideal candidate will have experience in automating web scraping and AI-based content generation workflows. You are an expert in the latest available AI tools, including agent tools. You can scrape public web data using either AI tools or custom python scripts. And you can chain all these actions together into one easy to operate, scalable workflow automation.

Hourly Range: $40.00-$180.00
