We’re seeking a skilled freelancer to automate our user onboarding process in a hybrid setup (Azure AD and on-premises AD) using SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Automate (Flow), and PowerApps. The process involves capturing new employee data through SharePoint lists or CSV/table input and automating the creation of Azure AD accounts  Additionally, we require best practice advice for integrating with our existing local database that currently triggers on-premises user creation. Expertise in handling hybrid environments and seamless account synchronization between Azure AD and on-premises AD is essential.

The project duration and scope will depend on the complexity of our existing setup and the specific requirements, including the integration with our local database. We expect a preliminary consultation to understand our current system and propose a tailored solution, followed by the development and implementation phase.
