Automate our report submission process by integrating software tools that will allow our forms to merge together and be placed on our progress report note template throughout the month (in order) and be sent/saved to a single place such as google drive, one drive, or an agreed upon location.  

We also need the same reports to be sent to a word (or compatible) document that keeps a running list of all the notes throughout the month as they merge onto this form.  We will need to be able to access  running document to read everyday as notes are being added so that we can make edits.  We are open to using the best and any tools that will make this part of the project work seamlessly.
