As part of this project, the client has 2 key suppliers which they are regularly ordering from.
Supplier: 1) Amazon 2) https://www.tts-group.co.uk/
Order request form: Staff should make an request via a webform. The form should have a search to capture products in an inventory database including product ID, product name, description, supplier name, colour, size etc. and also retrieve live stock amount (or sold out) and live price information from the supplier site via API.
Handling out of stock products – If the product is out of stock, the staff should should find the product ID and retrieve product information via API and make the request.
Approving requests
Requests alerts via email are to a manager. They should request information (e.g. product, description, cost, quantity and order amount etc.) Upon review, the manager can approve or reject the order request. Upon approval, the order is placed in the supplier site via API and return invoice information back into the portal into a database.
Reporting
Basic export of requests and invoices.
You must be able to build portals, APIs and UI/UX experience.
Opportunity for long term project as this is a POC project.
Hourly Range: $10.00-$30.00
