Our business receives orders via email, typically in PDF format, which are manually entered into our CRM software for inventory Tracking. We aim to streamline and automate this process to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Project Objectives:

PDF Order Processing: Develop a solution to automatically read and extract order details from PDF files received via email. This includes extracting the quantity column and the barcode column and V-Lookup the rest of the info from data we have.

Repzo Integration for Inventory Management: Utilise the Repzo API to automatically update our inventory based on the extracted order details, to my knowledge the API is straight forward, the CRM team is VERY helpful in providing info and helping us out in terms of API.

Inventory Export to Google Sheets: Implement a feature to regularly export the updated inventory data from our CRM Repzo to a Google Sheet. This is to provide an accessible view of current inventory levels for internal use.
