We have a prototype of an ASP.NET MVC app using Syncfusion controls.  We are looking to convert that app to ASP.NET Core and finish it.

The application is a reference manager, where students can upload pdfs of journal articles and generate citations from doi.

Hourly Range: $4.00-$10.00
