Singh said the project—by Tata Advanced Systems and Airbus Helicopters—aligns with Make in India and Atmanirbhar Bharat, highlighting reforms to expand private-sector participation in defence production, growth in defence exports, and the expanding MSME ecosystem supporting manufacturing.
