The IRGC Aerospace Force is claiming “missile dominance” over Israeli skies after Iran’s latest large-scale barrage. Brigadier General Seyyed Majid Mousavi said on social media that Iran’s next waves would use new tactics and launch systems, and that the skies over southern Israel would remain lit for hours. The statement followed Iran’s latest attacks on southern Israel, where strikes in Dimona and Arad caused mass casualties and renewed questions about Israeli air defence performance. The Times of Israel reported that more than 150 people were injured, 11 seriously, after at least two ballistic missiles were not intercepted, and that the military was investigating why the interceptors failed.
