WebDash is on the hunt for a creative and talented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in crafting the visual and interactive elements of mobile applications and websites, ensuring they are not only aesthetically pleasing but also user-friendly. By leveraging both traditional design principles and modern no-code tools, you’ll play a key role in shaping the user experience across a range of digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

    Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for mobile applications and websites, using both hand-coding and no-code platforms like Adobe XD and Figma.
    Collaborate closely with our development and content teams to ensure designs align with client branding and content strategy.
    Apply responsive design principles to ensure optimal viewing across various devices and platforms.
    Perform routine updates and testing on UI/UX elements to enhance user experience continually.
    Keep abreast of the latest trends in UI/UX design, web technologies, and no-code development tools.
    Optimize designs for maximum performance and scalability while incorporating SEO best practices.
    Manage multiple UI/UX design projects simultaneously, delivering on time and to the highest standards.

Requirements:

    Demonstrated experience in UI/UX Design, with a portfolio showcasing both coded and no-code projects.
    Proficiency in UI/UX design tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch) and understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
    Experience with no-code platforms for design prototyping and collaboration.
    Strong knowledge of responsive and adaptive design principles.
    An excellent eye for design and attention to detail, with an understanding of user-centered design principles.
    Outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
