Hi, as a CEO of an e-commerce company we’ve more than 40 licensees that are billed monthly to my credit card. Most are US companies as e.g. DocuSign, Mailchimp, Slack, Upwork and Asana.
My problem is that most of the companies are billing my credit card and isn’t sending an invoice. I’ve to log in and find each invoice for each company every month.
Is it possible to develop an app to have the invoices send by e-mail to our accounting, to me and the option to download the invoice / billing?
The basic criteria for the app:
1. Main login User and PW as e.g.  Lastpass / Norton vault.
2. For every new subscription / license the link, the User and PW shall only be entered once.
3. The app shall be using AI finding the latest invoice or billing. For different licenses the accurate name can be billing, invoice, or something else.
4. The app shall e-mail the invoice / billing to 1-3 e-mail addresses.
5. In the interface the app shall give the option to the User to save the invoice or billing to a file by clicking X in a box.
6. Repeat above every week or / and month.
