We’re in need of an experienced app developer to create a user-friendly solution for technical worksite inspections. The primary objective is to simplify the inspection process, allowing users to generate reports using images and track observation statuses (pending and completed). Below are the key details:

Platform: The app will be available on both iOS and Android devices (phones and tablets), as well as a corresponding website.
Data Management: Data will be stored both in the cloud for online access and locally for offline use, catering to users in areas with limited internet connectivity. Offline reports can be uploaded once a connection is restored.
Pricing Model: The app will offer 10 free reports, with additional reports available for purchase at $1 USD each via the app. Additional packages can be purchased on the website.
Language Support: The app will support both English and Spanish languages.

Project Creation: Project name, client (select from existing or create new), address/location, email recipients, project manager details.
Report Creation: Associate with a project, report title, add observations.
Report Reviewing: View report data (number of pending observations), recipient company details, add new observations, review existing observations, draw conclusions, share reports, manage user permissions.
Observation Management: Take pictures, retake pictures, use images from the gallery, add descriptions, set observation status (default: pending or done).
Project Management: Create projects and assign reports, enable collaboration among multiple users.
Reporting: Track users who edited reports, recipients, and observation status percentages. Reports can be shared for collaborative editing within the app or exported as PDFs.
