We are seeking a proficient individual with a deep understanding of API integration requirements to spearhead the development of API integrations for our two proprietary products: performance management software and timekeeping software. Our objective is to create a unified API system that seamlessly integrates our solutions into Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), encompassing employee data, as well as facilitating the smooth flow of information across various platforms such as HRIS, Accounting, CRM, and more.

Key Objectives:
– Assessing and understanding the integration requirements for both products.
– Leading the development efforts to implement API integrations.
– Evaluating and selecting the most suitable unified API system for our needs, considering options like Merge or TryFinch.
– Ensuring compatibility and scalability to accommodate future growth and integration needs.

Requirements:
– Proven expertise in API integration, particularly in the context of software products.
– Familiarity with HRIS and experience integrating with employee data systems.
– Strong analytical skills to assess integration requirements and identify the best solutions.
– Ability to work independently with little guidance.
– Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts and requirements.
