Below is the flow and systems:
1. Outlook email comes in from general email address with attachment of a credit application
2. Email must be parsed and the attachments of the email must be parsed
3. Content pulled into specific HubSpot fields
4. Contact gets created in Podium (Happening automatically at the moment)
5. Conversation writeback to HubSpot (This should be covered with Podium, not apart of scope)
6. Customer gets created in RouteOne based on info in HubSpot or Credit application (Step 1)
7. Deal gets created in HubSpot from RouteOne data
8. Once deal changes stages, info gets pushed to AutoSoft.
I have contacts at each software company and they all have API documentation but I have to get specific technical documentation.
