So that when an event (crime) is added to the first one, a notice is created in the second (primary) system. I would like to set the search radius to 1 mile (maybe include the ability to increase or decrease this), and limit it to X number of new records per a certain period.

Email notifications from the primary system would be helpful as well.

Basically I would like to provide my clients with real-time notification of local crimes when they are reported and I would like for it to be integrated with their physical security system (the one we sell).
