I need an Android OS developer that can rebrand a Custom OS from build and provide extra customisations without having to root the device. Also make the build to support other devices.

Features such as:
1) Run a system process that runs a command at shutdown.
2) Boot into a second OS by default and only boot into main OS whilst holding two buttons on device.
3) Custom boot logos and branding.
4) Disable data from USB ports, Bluetooth and Wifi.

Development will be tracked through upwork.
