We work with more than 100 brands selling on Amazon and are looking for a way to more effectively manage Seller Support case logs.
Currently we can only access the case logs by logging into the individual account and finding the specific case. Ideally we would export all cases and Amazon responses and store in a database with the ability to see any new replies and actions required across all accounts.
Amazon do not have an API available for case logs. They do email responses which contain the case ID but they do not email the original case info or account name; so another method of obtaining this information is required.
Please apply with your experience and proposal on how you would create this tool. It must be compliant with Amazon’s ToS
