Responsibilities:
• Manage and optimize listings on Amazon Seller Central, including Enhanced Brand Content (EBC), A+ Content, and Store Front to improve visibility and conversion rates.
• Develop and oversee PPC campaigns to drive traffic and sales, while maintaining budget efficiency.
• Oversee inventory management, including tracking, replenishment, and supply chain processes to ensure smooth operations and compliance with Amazon’s requirements.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities for growth.
• Enhance customer satisfaction through effective customer service and relationship management; address and resolve negative feedback to maintain high ratings and optimize review requests.
• Implement SEO strategies, including keyword research and rank optimization, to maximize listing visibility and sales potential.
• Manage Amazon Prime eligibility and participation in Amazon Deals to boost product visibility and sales.
• Generate regular reports detailing account performance, insights, and sales growth strategies.
• Utilize tools such as Helium10 and Jungle Scout for strategic insights and operational efficiencies.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an Amazon Account Manager or similar role in e-commerce.
• Strong understanding of Amazon’s platform, including FBA, PPC, SEO, and Amazon’s internal tools.
• Experience with software tools like Helium10 and Jungle Scout.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in generating and interpreting reports to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer and team interactions.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Hourly Range: $13.00-$18.00
