I am looking for a talented UI & UX Designer who can think outside the box and create exceptional user experiences but also design/UI and branding who can use animations (Effects etc) – NO TEMPLATES. For our iOS and Android mobile applications (built using Flutter). If you’re a little crazy and understand the end user better than I do, I want you!

NOTE: We on shoestring budget so happy to give vested equity;  a fully customised app with animations and features including, chat, group, profile page. events page,  map etc – ive done primary research, know the personas, target audience, and competitor analysis

But its not stock but custom, alternative icons – typographys, shapes, images – NO COPY PASTE; dont bore me! I will not pay if its a template ive seen before. ONLY ORIGINAL UI UX PEOPLE apply

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with me to understand requirements and create user-centered designs; branding too.
Develop user personas and map user flows
Animations from Adobe Effects etc.
Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for iOS and Android apps
Create style guides and UI pattern libraries to ensure design consistency
Understand UX for good user flow.
Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs for improvement
Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and work well across different devices
Required Skills & Experience:
4+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer, specifically with mobile apps (iOS and Android)
Expertise in creating UX deliverables including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups
Proficiency in tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, and Marvel
Knowledge of iOS and Android design guidelines, UI patterns, and best practices
Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail
Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills

Bonus Skills:
Experience with motion design and microinteractions
Knowledge of design systems and component-based design
Familiarity with mobile app development process and constraints
Basic HTML/CSS skills to communicate effectively with developers
Tools Commonly Used:
Effects, Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD for UI design and prototyping
Usertesting.com, Lookback for user research and testing
