Project Overview:

– Objective: Create an MVP on Airtable to streamline the credentialing and staffing process for healthcare providers and facilities.
– Specific focus Applicant tracking via airtable and automating the process
– Additional plus would be background in PDF extraction and web scraping
– Set up a comprehensive Airtable base for provider and facility data (portion of this has been created already, need to focus on the automation process).

Form Creation:

– Develop user-friendly forms for facility registration and shift uploads.
– Ensure forms link to appropriate tables and fields (e.g., provider specialties).
– Automations and Integrations:

– Implement automations for notifications (e.g., alert facilities when a provider selects a shift).
– Ensure seamless data flow between tables and forms.
– Set up filters to ensure facilities can only select from specified provider specialties.

Data Management:

– Maintain data accuracy and consistency across all tables with User log in to access shifts
– PDF extraction Tool
– Web Scraping for specific data points

Hourly Range: $25.00-$50.00
