DESCRIPTION

We are seeking to hire a skilled developer to help build a comprehensive, collaborative workspace for day-to-day work and management of projects. This will be a short-term project focused on writing scripts and building custom apps to drive efficiency and ease of use for our teams. The person will need to have extensive experience with coding and building apps within Airtable using Javascript coding. You will be expected to partner and advise in making design decisions related to how we structure our processes within Airtable.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to

• Build code and custom apps to streamline Airtable’s use in an effort to automate existing Airtable structure
• Modify existing code to fix errors and improve performance
• Oversee testing and validation procedures to ensure Automations work as expected
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on Airtable workflow build and needs
• Analyze and recommend ways to improve or streamline Airtable collaboration even more

QUALIFICATIONS  

• Full-stack Airtable app development
• Proficiency in JavaScript
• Third-party API integrations (Make/Zapier)
• Complex UI development
• Airtable app performance improvements
• Database Design
• Webhooks

ADDITIONAL SCOPE / WORKFLOWS

• Content development workflows
• Ability to sync/consolidate multiple bases within a workspace to provide high level summary visibility
• Track individual workload/bandwidth around productions and specific projects  
• Project milestone developmental support
• Automated workflows that improve Notification management and reduce email redundancies  
• Leveraging interface and page designer and other apps to create/export official project plans/documentation
• Assist with the development and facilitation of training to ensure active users have basic level Airtable proficiency
• Experience with Airtable View Management and view Automation   

Hourly Range: $15.00-$100.00
