We are seeking a skilled and technically proficient freelancer to implement and configure Air.AI for the purpose of generating appointments for our loan brokers. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up Air.ai, integrating it with our existing CRM, and ensuring that the system efficiently schedules appointments based on leads generated from various sources.

Key Responsibilities
Air.ai Implementation:
Configure and set up Air.ai to automatically generate appointments for loan brokers.
Customize Air.ai workflows to suit the specific needs of our lead generation and appointment setting processes.
Provide SOP for AIR.AI content updates.

Integration:
Integrate Air.ai with our existing lead management systems to ensure seamless data flow and appointment scheduling/live transfer.
Ensure that Air.ai captures lead information accurately and schedules appointments based on broker availability.

Optimization:
Optimize Air.ai settings to improve lead conversion rates and appointment scheduling efficiency.
Monitor the performance of Air.ai and make necessary adjustments to workflows and settings.

Qualifications
Technical Skills:

Proven experience with Air.ai or similar voice AI tools.
Strong understanding of CRM systems and integration processes.
Proficiency in workflow customization and optimization for AI-driven tools.

Experience:
Previous experience in a similar role, particularly in the financial services or loan brokerage industry.
Understanding of  lead generation and appointment-setting processes is highly desirable.

Communication Skills:
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users effectively.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Availability:
Must be available to work remotely and provide support as needed.
