We are looking for an AI developer to create automations in customer support and sales departments.

I believe that at least 80% of our common CS queries could be responded to using AI, whether that is answering a question and/or providing some information like copy of an invoice or a tracking number.

We want to build a system using the ChatGPT API or new bespoke AI tool and ultimately integrate with with Zoho Desk to automatically respond to new tickets.

Not sure how exactly this will work, if there needs to be a learning phase or similar, to fill the bot with earlier example of questions and answers.

Let me know conceptually how this needs to be built, also any basic examples you can provide will be helpful for us to learn what will be required.

Successful candidates will be offered an interview.
