Project Description:
We are seeking an experienced AI Developer to create a customized ChatGPT system. The system should be trained to process and understand technical real estate financial reports for multifamily apartment buildings (trailing 12 revenue reports, broker pro formas). The system should be able to transpose the information to a separate underwriting tool used by us (excel model) to reduce the burden of manually inputting this information.

Ideal Use Case:
We can upload financial reports in csv or excel format for apartment buildings we are considering for investment, which are understood by the system and then transcribed to our underwriting tool for evaluation. The system should highlight cells for which it has low confidence in data accuracy for a double check by our team.

Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, training, and testing the system for use. Communicate with us regularly with 1-2 virtual checkpoints per week to evaluate progress.

Required Skills:
Proven experience in AI and machine learning, particularly with NLP and data analysis.
Strong background in financial data processing and analysis.
Experience with real estate investment or a strong willingness to learn the specifics of the field.
Proficiency in programming languages and AI frameworks relevant to ChatGPT development.

What we can provide:
A range of example financial reports from different brokerages to train the system. Supply our underwriting model for capturing the transposed information. As many touchpoints as necessary to make the information is being transposed in a manner that minimizes errors.
