We are seeking a talented and driven AI Chatbot Developer to create an avatar-based AI chatbot that can be seamlessly integrated into websites and CRM systems. This role will involve utilizing generative AI and machine learning (ML) techniques to develop intelligent and interactive chatbot solutions.

Job Description:

Ability to work on Fixed Cost Model.
Design, develop, and deploy an avatar-based AI chatbot capable of handling customer interactions on websites and within CRM systems.
Utilize generative AI and ML techniques to create an intelligent chatbot that can understand and respond to user inquiries effectively.
Integrate the AI chatbot with various platforms, including websites and CRM systems, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and product managers, to ensure the chatbot aligns with company goals and user needs.
Implement natural language processing (NLP) algorithms to enhance the chatbot’s ability to understand and generate human-like responses.
Continuously monitor and optimize chatbot performance, identifying and addressing any issues or areas for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and chatbot technologies, applying new knowledge to enhance the chatbot’s capabilities.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the AI chatbot, addressing any integration or functionality issues that arise.
