Here is the high level outline of what the bot needs to do.

1. Access database of clients and verify the identity of the client.
2. Show client details and ask the client to confirm, or respond with changes.
3. Ask user follow up questions needed for quoting.
4. Send the information to the admin in an email, CRM update, or Trello card note.
5. Admin will run quotes manually.
6. Chatbot sends the quote back to the client with notes from the admin.
7. Client selects a plan option.
8. Chatbot collects signatures on documents, or directs to 3rd party for signatures.
9. Chatbot sends plan selection and documents to the admin.

Looking to keep costs to a minimum for proof of concept.

This is the first step in development. Once this project is done, there are other projects for the right developer to add to this bot, and possibly build others.
