– Develop an AI chatbot that can communicate effectively with real estate agents.
– Train the chatbot using our provided data to understand and respond to real estate-related inquiries.
– Integrate the chatbot with our existing CRM system to capture and store lead information.
– Provide a user-friendly interface for monitoring and continuing conversations as needed.
– Ensure the chatbot can handle various conversation scenarios and provide accurate responses.
– Implement a system to log and review conversations between the AI bot and real estate agents.
– Regularly update and improve the chatbot based on feedback and performance metrics.
Requirements:
– Proven experience in developing AI chatbots, preferably with a focus on lead generation.
– Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning algorithms.
– Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar.
– Experience with chatbot platforms like Dialogflow, Rasa, Microsoft Bot Framework, or similar.
– Familiarity with CRM systems and integrating chatbots with these systems.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience in the real estate industry or working with real estate agents.
– Knowledge of conversational AI best practices and current trends.
– Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with our team effectively.
Hourly Range: $5.00-$60.00
