We are seeking an experienced AI Chat and Call Bot Specialist to set up and launch an AI bot integrated with our GoHighLevel CRM. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing similar projects and will provide a straightforward, cost-effective solution.

Responsibilities:
Create and set up the AI chat bot to:
– Schedule new leads for appointments from Ads.
– Confirm appointments.
– Follow-up with leads.
– Understand and transfer service requests to human agents.
– Transfer complex cases to human agents.
– Educate our team on using the AI bot.
– Set up workflows and troubleshoot issues.
– Provide ongoing support as needed.

Requirements:
– Proven experience with AI bot setup with GoHighLevel CRM.
– Ability to integrate third-party AI services into GoHighLevel CRM.
– Clear and straightforward implementation without selling complex projects.
– Provide a fixed budget for the setup (chat bot and AI call bot if available).
– Detailed breakdown of expected future expenses.
– Clear documentation and user-friendly setup.

– Understanding of our business needs.
– Compliance with data privacy laws and security measures.
– Scalability of the solution.

Compensation:
