What we need is an automated AI solution to manage our email inbox.

The workflow would be similar to this;
– New email enters database
– Sentiment is analyzed
– Label is applied
– IF Positive Reply, draft a reply, send to Prospect
– Follow up if no response

We will require;
– This needs to work for multiple clients
– We need inputs for; product/service we are selling, what the goal of the reply is (to push to a call or send to a website URL), how many times should we follow up, how far spaced apart, etc.

We are flexible on the platform utilized; Clay, Airtable, Database such as Xano, etc.

Must provide proof of experience to be considered for this.
