This role demands a deep understanding of how to harness the power of AI to optimize workflows, enhance communication systems, and deliver intelligent automation strategies.
Ideal candidates will have a track record of implementing effective automations using bot platforms, are adept at leveraging tools like Zapier and Make.com for cross-platform integrations, and have integrated these automations with the OpenAI API or with other AI platforms.
Responsibilities:
– Design and implement AI-driven automation solutions using Zapier and Make.com.
– Integrate automation workflows with ChatGPT/OpenAI services, enhancing functionality and user engagement.
– Integrate the automation workflows with chatbot platforms, particularly Voiceflow.
– Develop and maintain bots and automation scripts, ensuring high performance and reliability.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement efficient solutions.
– Maintain and improve existing automation systems, incorporating new features and technologies as needed.
– (Optional) Utilize coding skills and RelevanceAI experience to develop advanced automation solutions and analytics.
Requirements:
– Proven experience in AI automation, particularly with Zapier, Make.com and the OpenAI API.
– Solid understanding and practical experience integrating automations with ChatGPT/OpenAI services.
– Familiarity and experience with chatbot platforms like Voiceflow is a highly valued bonus.
– Strong problem-solving abilities and a creative approach to automation challenges.
– Fluent in English with excellent communication skills for effective team collaboration.
– Familiarity and/or experience with Trello, the platform we use for project management.
– Ability to work under tight deadlines, development sprints and manage multiple projects.
