I want a user to send a non-fiction title of a book to chatgpt and select how long the book needs to be

Then chatgpt creates an outline list which is saved in a database.

Using that outline, it then creates a book using the outline as chapters.

The book is then "published" to allow the user to read and download as text/markup/pdf.
