We are looking for external support for one of our projects in the automotive sector. The main focus is on Agile Coaching / Senior Scrum Master for an international product- and development teams.  

Project tasks:
• Assists the team in implementing SAFe and working with other teams who may or may not be using SAFe
• Coaching the international team to create better solutions, improve business results, and better their processes
• Facilitating team meetings, including:
o Backlog Refinement
o Iteration Planning
o Daily Stand-Up
o Iteration Review
o Iteration Retrospective
• Stakeholdermanagement
• Ensuring the team is practicing Agile principles.
• Partnering with, coaching and supporting the Product Owner in managing the backlog to ensure it is properly prioritized and appropriately sized.

Skills requirements:
• Profound knowledge in software development process
• Excellent experience as skills in Agile Coaching
• 10+ years’ experience in managing software application development and deployment
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing IT Agile software development and deployment
• Experience with Scale Agile Framework (SAFe) with SAFe Program Consultants (SPCs) certification is a plus
• Fluent in English, German is plus

Conditions:
• Start: asap
• Duration: 12 months ++
• Workload: 100 %
• Location: onsite & remote in Portland (2-3 times per week)
