We’re building a revolutionary platform that leverages AI agents for the enterprise networking workflow use case.

We’re looking for a skilled Agentic Workflow Engineer to help us develop the MVP product. You will be working with network engineers.

Responsibilities:
-Agentic Workflow Design: Collaborate with our team to design and implement agentic workflows that leverage AI to optimize network operations.
-Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) Approach: Develop interfaces and processes for seamless interaction between AI agents and network engineers, ensuring valuable feedback and continuous improvement.
-Data Pipeline Development: Build robust data pipelines to collect, process, and analyze network data for insights that drive the AI agents’ decision-making processes.
-Performance Optimization: Fine-tune AI agents to achieve maximum efficiency, accuracy, and adaptability within the network environment.

Required Skills:
-Strong Python/Java Experience: Proficiency in Python or Java is a must, as you’ll be working with these languages extensively.
-AI/ML Knowledge: Experience with machine learning concepts and algorithms, ideally with exposure to reinforcement learning or multi-agent systems.
-Workflow Development: Experience designing and implementing complex workflows, preferably in a distributed or cloud-based environment.
-Data Processing: Familiarity with data processing libraries and tools (e.g., pandas, NumPy) to handle network logs, metrics, and alerts.
-Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including AI researchers, network engineers, and product managers.
-Experience with Langchain or other AI agent frameworks
-Understanding of multi-modal LLM approaches

Bonus Skills:
-Familiarity with enterprise network infrastructure

Project Timeline & Deliverables:
-Phase 1: Design and development of initial agentic workflows for MVP functionalities (network monitoring, health checks, troubleshooting assistance).
-Phase 2: Implementation of HITL feedback loops and data pipeline optimizations.
-Phase 3: Continuous improvement and fine-tuning based on real-world data and feedback.
