The United States is reportedly against the idea of inviting Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to the NATO summit in The Hague next month. According to Italy’s ANSA news agenc, NATO-Ukraine Council at the level of leaders is not planned as of now. ANSA also reported that “a very concise program is expected at the summit to avoid possible friction with Donald Trump.”
