Massive escalation between Yemen-based Houthi rebels and Israel amid ongoing Gaza war and tensions with Hezbollah. Houthi rebels fired a missile towards Tel Aviv in the early hours of September 27. The Israeli Defence Forces said that its Arrow air defence system intercepted the missile outside Israeli airspace, causing loud booms and debris to fall. Houthis’ fresh attack came hours after IDF killed Hezbollah’s drone unit chief, Muhammad Hossein Sarur.
