Goal #1: Simple search so users can find key type based on year make and model input. If model has more than one key type, the system would provide the higher value key type as default. Fields that would be needed are: Year, Make, Model, Product/Key Type, Aftermarket Price, Refurbished Price, New OEM Price & Shopify Product IDs. Would need to sync data from client’s Shopify account. Main YMM data would come via bulk CSV import and would also need an interface to add one-by-one.

Goal #2: Subscription model – Will charge customer either monthly or per search. This would require UI for account sign-up and login. Automated monthly invoices would need to be sent to customer. This may require an admin user for the customer with multiple sub users (or agents) underneath the main customer account.

Goal #3: User data – Will need to log the customer’s searches and be able to generate reports for customer-specific searches and global analytics. Would also need to break it down per user under a specific custoner.

Goal #4: Auto-approve keys for customers
