This is going to be a mobile game app that allows workers to set their schedule using a set of well-defined rules. It will capture and be able to capture and store data. Since this is a mobile app, the expectation is for it to be deployed to the App Store and Play Store. Support should be baked in for Tablet usage as well

Since the app will store data, it is expected that the developer(s) should have good experience with the data layer.
