## Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and strategy of our web application focused on productivity and mental health. This role is critical for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, ready to give constant attention to the product by writing documentation, creating help articles, designing wireframes, and experimenting with UX. You will also collaborate closely with our growth hacker to deepen market understanding and optimize the product, as well as occasionally support our staff and users directly with product-related inquiries and support requests.

## Key Responsibilities
– Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with our company’s vision and user needs.
– Continuously monitor and refine the product by writing documentation, creating help articles, designing wireframes, and experimenting with UX to improve user satisfaction and engagement.
– Conduct market research and user feedback sessions to identify user needs, market trends, and opportunities for innovation.
– Collaborate with our growth hacker to analyze market data and optimize product positioning and features.
– Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform future development.
– Provide support to our staff with product questions and directly assist users with support requests as needed.
– Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet the needs of a very early-stage startup.

## Required Skills and Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
– Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally in web applications related to productivity, mental health, or similar fields.
– Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle, with a hands-on approach to writing documentation, creating wireframes, and user experience design.
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively supporting staff and users.
– Self-motivated and able to work efficiently in a remote setting, with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
– Experience with user research, A/B testing, and other techniques to validate and refine product features.
