While several parts of our production teams will be specializing in their respective functions, we often need a standard and a standard-enforcer, to ensure we develop solutions in line with our clients’ expectations and industry standards. A quality assurance specialist in needed to help us deliver a quality deployment.

— Job Overview —

You will be required to
– Establishment of high quality standards, creating a quality culture for all aspects of value creation, including incoming and outgoing products
– Set, enforce and monitor quality standards for incoming and outgoing products,
– Derive inspiration from existing products and user feedback to ensure finished    products meet clients’ expectations and fulfill their expected purposes,

– Spearhead innovative ideas that improve the quality of our products,
– Working closely with the development team to ensure delivery as designed,
– Go through every concerned department to be assured of company-wide compliance of quality standards
– Acceptance and analysis of product complaints in fulfilment of company guidelines and industry standards
– Occasional training of production team to ensure they are in tune with quality standards
– Oversee quality levels in all stages of the production cycle

– Assistance in testing all new features before deployment to end-users
– Involvement in the development of new products to ensure conformity in quality standards
– Repeat the production cycle as seen fit, obtaining feedback from clients and ensuring the production team complies with new needs,
– Inspection and testing of all new products coming into the company, ensuring they conform with our quality culture
– Implement structural policies to facilitate effective overall handling of product complaints

— Qualifications —

– Proper usage of various data structures
– A good leader, team player, and good decision-maker
– Advanced problem-solving skills, open to constructive criticism
–  Salesforce Administration experience in a bonus
