Looking for an experienced developer with knowledge of creating scrapers. The requirements is to build a scraper control panel and 10 scraper profiles to run as a daily cron job to extract property listings.

The 10 real estate websites each contain around an average of 20 initial listings, and then would need to extract 1-2 new listings per day per site. Some of the sites contain Ajax.

The listing data required is as follows; listing title, image gallery, description, features, pdf attachments….

This scraped data needs to be stored in a SQL  database, outputted into a CSV to be imported into a WordPress site as posts using WP All Import plugin, or alternatively created directly as posts using the WordPress API.

It can be built with Python, Selenium, Apify, Beautful Soup, or whatever you think is best.

On request i can provide the 10 websites for review. I am looking for a contractor who can provide an estimated project cost. Any questions please let me know
