We are seeking an individual who possesses an unwavering passion for crafting visually striking interfaces and websites. This role will encompass designing for both our internal projects and esteemed clients, ensuring that every creation resonates with innovation and aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities:

1. User Experience Design:
Understand user personas and needs, conceptualise user journeys, and develop wireframes, prototypes, and sitemaps to optimise user engagement and satisfaction.

2. User Interface & Graphic Design:
Craft visually compelling interfaces along with key graphical elements, ensuring they align with the user experience vision, are consistent across devices, and are reflective of current design trends.

3. Feedback & Iteration:
Conduct usability tests, gather feedback, and iterate on design solutions to continuously improve the user experience and meet business goals.

4. Collaboration:
Work closely with our lead Designer, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design concepts are delivered correctly, align with project objectives, and can be seamlessly translated into functional applications.

5. Design Consistency:
Develop and maintain a comprehensive UI design library, style guide, and graphical assets repository to ensure product-wide visual consistency and streamline the design-to-development process.

6. Research & Trends:
Stay abreast of user behaviour insights, emerging technologies, and design trends to introduce fresh and innovative approaches to the design process.

7. Prototyping & Validation:
Use tools and techniques to bring interfaces to life, enabling early-stage testing and validation of design concepts with end-users.

8. Problem-Solving:
Address user pain points and align designs with business objectives, ensuring both user satisfaction and ROI for design initiatives.

9. Documentation:
Provide detailed design specifications, assets, and graphical elements to development teams, ensuring designs are implemented to the intended vision.

10. Continuous Learning:
Engage in professional development and training, staying updated with the latest UX/UI tools, methodologies, graphical design trends, and best practices to continually enhance design quality and efficiency.

Qualifications:

1. At least 3 years of experience in UX/UI design
2. Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and experience
3. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
5. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

We are budgeting a monthly salary of $1,500 – $2,000 for the right candidate based on three main pillars:
