I run a small transportation company that receives inbound job request by email. we normally need to quote these jobs manually but 90% of the emails are quoted by a pretty generic set of parameters.

The dream outcome here is to utilize chat gpt to automatically integrate with gmail to automate this task.

Id like to be able to give chatgpt a few of our older email quotes for reference and to be able to update it weekly on new quoting tactics and any new promotions.

We’re  looking for as seamless as possible and could potentially have more automation jobs in the future.

At this time we’re looking for a quote and to understand if this idea is doable
